Secure Portal

All your residents' personal information must be uploaded on our secure portal, including lease documentation. Homeowners can view the active leasing list and wait list on our portal, and so much more.

Rental Monitoring

As part of our service, we regularly monitor up to 15 different short term rental websites for listings in your community. We also monitor for leases that are not authorized by the community through our data-first approach.

Hardship Leasing

We have hardship functionality, which allows a homeowner on the waitlist to petition the board for a hardship rental. The HOA board is automatically sent a vote via email, which once approved, will allow the hardship to lease for one year.

Flexible Lease Rules

Our leasing system can be adjusted to behave exactly as your Covenants specify, including the number of days an owner has to find a rental to whether the rental status goes to the next owner when a unit is sold.

Free For Most Associations

We only bill homeowners who are authorized to lease a yearly fee- there is no cost to most associations or owner occupied units.
